Based on an established Efficient Balance between locally available Electrical Energy (1. produced mayoralty based on sustainable resources 2. distributed via the Power Grid) and mobile available Chemical Energy = locally produced Hydrogen to be transformed into Mechanical Energy either via Fuel Cells (FC) and electrical engines or via Hydrogen direct combustion engines (ICE)
